Costa Adeje Resort Guide
Costa Adeje - A perfect resort for families
Holidays in Costa Adeje have become more and more popular over the last few years. Costa Adeje is a resort that is becoming fairly upmarket with many 5-star hotels. Located on the south-west of Tenerife, it is the perfect resort for families and couples. It is only a short taxi journey away from the lively Playa de las Americas meaning if people did want a lively evening then they are close enough to experience it. Again, Costa Adeje holidays are suitable all year round due to the good weather. All inclusive hotels in Costa Adeje offer something for all holidaymakers, both young and old.
Costa Adeje – excursions, trips and activities
Package holidays to bahia principe Costa Adeje are proving tremendously popular this year for British holidaymakers. There is so much to do in Costa Adeje that no one is ever bored. The beach is made of black volcanic sand and here you will find many water sports such as water-skiing, jet-skiing, windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkelling and paragliding. There is a large golf course in Costa Adeje, which has been called the best on the island, along with tennis, bowling and go-karting. You can also travel to other resorts to go and visit the LoroParque and Aqua park which many people enjoy. Boat trips are available for whale and dolphin watching and fishing can also be done. Scuba diving has become very popular in Costa Adeje as there is so much marine life for them to see as well as whales and dolphins swimming around. Mountain biking can be done as well as hiking through the forests. A trip up to Mount Teide is also available where you will see some magnificent views.
Costa Adeje – many points of interest
Costa Adeje is quite a calm resort, although it is home to bars and restaurants. If you are looking for quiet, calm evenings then Costa Adeje is definitely a good choice of resort with much of the entertainment taking place in hotels. Costa Adeje is very close however to Playa de las Americas which is very well known for its lively nights. Here there is a lot of entertainment, live music, karaoke and nightclubs and bars open until the early hours of the morning. If you do want a lively night then just take the short taxi journey over to Playa de las Americas. There is a hospital and a post office and all emergency phone numbers will be made available to you should you need them. There are many different cuisines for you to try including Canarian, Mediterranean, English, Italian, Chinese, Indian and a lot of sea food. Many things are fairly reasonably priced in Costa Adeje and you will be staying in luxury 4-5-star hotels.
Costa Adeje – comfortable temperatures for a comfortable holiday
Costa Adeje holidays are popular all year round because of the weather. The temperature rarely falls below 15C in the winter and the summer temperatures do not go too far above 30C. This makes the heat in Tenerife very bearable, especially with the slight breeze coming across you. On average, you will not see any rainfall in Costa Adeje in July, however in December you will see the most. This is still not a lot however, compared to the UK. As Costa Adeje is in the south, it is one of the warmest resorts meaning that warm clothing is unlikely to be needed.
